Tax Operations - International Change Management Lead - Vice President - London

What you will do

• Lead business analysis and project delivery across the International Tax Operations portfolio.
• Analyze tax workflows, identify control gaps and automation opportunities, and design target operating models.
• Manage project plans, milestones, risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies, budgets, and governance reporting.
• Lead requirements workshops, document business requirements and functional specifications, and translate needs for Engineering teams.
• Define UAT strategies, develop test cases, coordinate testing cycles, and validate technology solutions.
• Manage, mentor, develop, and allocate resources across a team of Business Analysts.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in a hybrid Business Analyst/Project Manager or senior Business Analyst role within financial services.
• Experience focused on Tax Operations, regulatory change, or operational transformation.
• Proven direct people-management experience, including coaching, performance reviews, and professional development.
• Expertise in Agile/Scrum, user story mapping, SQL, data analysis, and process modeling tools such as Signavio or Visio.
• Experience managing project lifecycles and using Jira, Confluence, or MS Project.
• Strong knowledge of operational tax processes, financial services workflows, and risk management frameworks; bachelor’s degree required.

Nice to have

• CBAP, PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile Scrum Master certification.
• Experience with FATCA/CRS reporting, withholding tax, transaction tax, workflow optimization, and automation initiatives.
