Lead/Staff Business Analyst (Ecommerce)

What you will do

• Lead business analysis for cross-domain commercial initiatives across hirify.global Store and hirify.global Direct.
• Translate complex business needs into clear, structured, and testable requirements for Product and Engineering teams.
• Align senior decision-makers and cross-functional teams around objectives, priorities, decision frameworks, and measurable outcomes.
• Coordinate collaboration across Business, Product, Engineering, Analytics, Data Science, and Finance.
• Evaluate trade-offs, dependencies, customer journeys, commercial models, markets, and operational capabilities.
• Redesign business processes and operating models, strengthen analysis practices, and develop scalable tooling and reusable capabilities.

Requirements

• Extensive business analysis experience in digital commerce, subscriptions, retail, or related fields.
• Experience leading complex initiatives across multiple business domains, capabilities, or markets.
• Experience partnering with Product, Engineering, Analytics, and Data Science teams to deliver commerce and tooling solutions.
• Strong understanding of ecommerce customer journeys, commercial drivers, operational processes, and cross-domain dependencies.
• Executive-level communication, commercial reasoning, influencing, and stakeholder-alignment skills.
• Experience providing functional leadership, mentoring practitioners, and improving business-analysis capability; flexibility for international travel and varied working hours.
