Senior Investor Relations Manager (Corporate Finance)

Location: Düsseldorf, Germany; hybrid work with up to 2 work-from-home days per week. Remote work from another location is available within Germany or selected countries abroad for up to 20 days per year.

What you will do

• Build awareness of hirify.global’s equity story among institutional and retail investors through targeted outreach, content, and market visibility initiatives.
• Research, generate, qualify, and manage a pipeline of prospective investors from initial awareness through long-term engagement.
• Develop relationships with prospective and existing shareholders through direct outreach, meetings, updates, non-deal roadshows, and investor conferences.
• Own valuation and peer benchmarking, including intrinsic and relative valuation views and market-pricing analysis.
• Support the CFO with strategic finance projects, business cases, valuation work, and capital allocation analyses.
• Lead quarterly earnings call preparation, analyst requests, and CEO/CFO briefings on market sentiment, consensus, and investor feedback.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in investor relations, equity research, sell-side or buy-side coverage, investment banking, corporate finance, or another public markets role.
• Strong financial modeling and valuation skills, including three-statement models, DCF, trading multiples, and transaction multiples.
• Ability to translate business performance and strategy into clear financial storytelling supported by sound analysis.
• Proactive relationship-building style with confidence in initiating investor conversations and managing shareholder relationships.
• Performance-oriented, curious, and committed to continuous learning and development.
• Strong English communication skills and openness to using AI tools and automation for investor targeting, research, analysis, and outreach.
