M&A Internship (Q3 2027 - Master's Students Only)

What you will do

• Conduct market, industry, and company research.
• Support M&A deal execution and prepare teasers, information memorandums, and other transaction materials.
• Perform financial analyses and assist with valuations and buyer universe identification.
• Participate in due diligence, closing processes, and pitch presentation preparation.
• Support senior bankers with business development and meeting preparation.

Requirements

• Final-year Master's student with an exceptional academic background.
• Previous corporate finance-related internship experience and an interest in accounting, finance, M&A, and valuation.
• Strong analytical, communication, collaboration, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Understanding of corporate strategy, business models, company growth, and development themes.
• Excellent written and spoken German and English; additional European languages are a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
