TL;DR
Finance Intern (Finance Operations): Supporting pre-bookkeeping, invoice management, expense tracking, KPI reporting, and month-end closing for an AI operating system serving solar installers with an accent on data accuracy and financial operations. Focus on reconciling financial data, improving reporting workflows, and applying AI tools to automate or enhance processes.
Location: Berlin, Germany; onsite five days per week

is a fast-growing, VC-backed renewable energy startup developing an AI operating system for solar installers and serving more than 3,000 B2B customers.
What you will do
- Support pre-bookkeeping and month-end closing processes.
- Assist with KPI reporting and financial tracking.
- Manage invoices and support collections.
- Clean and reconcile financial data.
- Provide cross-departmental support and improve financial workflows using financial systems and AI tools.
Requirements
- Currently studying Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related subject.
- Located in Berlin and able to work onsite five days per week.
- Structured, proactive, curious, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to take ownership, ask questions, and contribute hands-on.
- Tech-savvy, with practical experience using AI tools to automate or improve processes.
- Available to start as soon as possible.
