ServiceNow CSM Consultant (ITOM)

What you will do

• Analyse business and technical requirements for IT Operations Management and design aligned ServiceNow ITOM solutions.
• Advise on Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, Operational Intelligence, CMDB population, and service-impact analysis.
• Design event and alert-management processes, including correlation, prioritisation, noise reduction, and operational workflows.
• Define integrations between ServiceNow ITOM and monitoring, infrastructure, cloud, and other external platforms.
• Facilitate workshops, translate requirements into functional specifications and user stories, and guide developers and technical teams.
• Support solution validation, UAT, go-live activities, documentation, knowledge transfer, and automation initiatives.

Requirements

• 4+ years of ServiceNow experience with significant ITOM experience.
• Strong knowledge of Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, Operational Intelligence, CSDM, and cloud management or cloud operations.
• Experience with Discovery architecture, MID Servers, credentials, discovery patterns, service dependencies, event correlation, alert management, and ServiceNow integrations.
• Understanding of infrastructure, applications, networks, databases, cloud environments, CMDB architecture, and CI relationships.
• Strong requirements-analysis, stakeholder-management, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills; experience in Agile delivery environments.
• Excellent English communication skills and availability to work remotely from Bulgaria.

Nice to have

• ServiceNow CSA and/or CIS-Discovery or ITOM-related certification.
• Additional CMDB architecture and CI relationship experience.
