Senior ServiceNow Developer (ServiceNow)

What you will do

• Design, develop, configure, maintain, and govern scalable ServiceNow solutions, custom applications, workflows, Flow Designer solutions, and automation.
• Maintain Discovery and CMDB capabilities, including Pattern-Based Discovery, Cloud Discovery, Graph Connectors, reconciliation, identification rules, data quality, and CSDM alignment.
• Configure and support Strategic Portfolio Management modules covering demand, project portfolios, resources, time cards, and financial management.
• Support hardware asset management, asset lifecycle automation, procurement, receiving integrations, and software and hardware asset processes.
• Develop and support enterprise integrations using REST, SOAP, IntegrationHub, MID Server, Import Sets, and Transform Maps.
• Lead technical design discussions, review solution architecture, mentor junior developers, support estimation, and drive platform improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 5–7 years of overall IT experience and 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
• Experience delivering multiple end-to-end ServiceNow implementations.
• Experience with ServiceNow Discovery, CMDB, SPM, IT Asset Management, integrations, and platform governance.
• Ability to perform code reviews, root cause analysis, release management, upgrades, and production support.

Nice to have

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator, Certified Application Developer, or relevant Implementation Specialist certifications.
• ITIL Foundation certification.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow AI capabilities, including Now Assist, AI Control Tower, LLMs, Knowledge Graph, Workflow Data Fabric, and Chatbot.
