IT Department Intern (MIS)

What you will do

• Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, operating systems, networks, printers, and scanners.
• Monitor IT system and network health, identify issues proactively, and support timely resolution.
• Respond to service requests through in-person support, Slack, and calls, providing approachable assistance to colleagues.
• Set up and manage user accounts, support new starters, and maintain the company IP phone directory and call groups.
• Repair equipment, coordinate hardware replacements, verify security alerts, and escalate issues when needed.
• Research technologies and hardware and identify opportunities to automate repetitive IT tasks.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree in ICT Support, Information Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Working knowledge of macOS and Windows.
• Structured and efficient approach to diagnosing and resolving user problems.
• Proactive mindset and interest in reducing manual work through automation.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
