IT Support Engineer

Location: Onsite in Yerevan, Armenia

What you will do

• Provide L1/L2 IT support for internal employees and contractors, troubleshooting hardware, software, and mobile devices.
• Administer and update Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems across the company's device fleet.
• Manage user identities and access via Okta, Active Directory, Azure AD, and Office 365.
• Handle physical network tasks, including cabling, patching, and equipment installation in data centers and server rooms.
• Maintain a comprehensive IT asset inventory, overseeing procurement, assignment, and decommissioning.
• Collaborate with facility and security teams to ensure infrastructure reliability and security compliance.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in IT hardware and software support.
• Fluent written and spoken Armenian and English.
• Proficiency in deploying and supporting Windows, macOS, iOS, and Linux in a heterogeneous environment.
• Fundamental knowledge of networking, security principles, and IT procedures.
• Experience with remote management services, directory services, and collaboration tools.
• Secondary or higher education in a relevant field.

Nice to have

• Professional certifications in IT systems administration or support.
