Lead Platforms Consultant (Microsoft Power Platform)

What you will do

• Lead the technical analysis, architecture, design, and implementation of Microsoft Power Platform solutions.
• Advise clients on process automation and digital transformation using Power Platform, Microsoft technologies, and AI capabilities.
• Facilitate client workshops and translate business objectives, technical requirements, and operational constraints into solution designs.
• Design scalable architectures, integrations, and data migration strategies focused on performance, security, data integrity, and maintainability.
• Establish engineering standards and best practices for environment management, release automation, governance, and citizen development.
• Prepare technical visions, architecture specifications, implementation proposals, and solution documentation while ensuring secure customer data handling.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including AI-enabled solutions.
• Experience designing and delivering enterprise automation solutions through Power Platform configuration, customization, and development.
• Experience with scalable architectures, Microsoft and external-system integrations, data migration, platform security, access control, and data protection.
• Experience with release automation, engineering standards, governance, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
• Client-facing consulting experience with strong technical communication and leadership skills.
• PL-600, AB-100, or comparable Microsoft certification and a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
