Azure Cloud Team Leader

Location: Poland; remote-first with periodic in-office presence as required. A valid working visa for Poland is required.

What you will do

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of secure, scalable IT and cloud solutions.
• Mentor the cloud team, plan workloads, and support competency development.
• Design cloud-native, hybrid-cloud, and multi-cloud architectures and act as a cloud architect in delivery projects.
• Build and develop infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code with Terraform.
• Define architectural standards, patterns, and best practices while ensuring security and compliance.
• Collaborate with DevOps, security, networking, development, sales, and delivery teams, including presales activities.

Requirements

• Very good knowledge of Azure and AWS services.
• Practical experience with DevOps and CI/CD tools, including Azure DevOps, GitHub, or GitLab.
• At least basic proficiency in Terraform.
• Experience designing VNET/VPC networks, routing, VPN, ExpressRoute, or Direct Connect.
• Experience building hybrid on-premises and cloud environments, with knowledge of cloud security and highly available, scalable architectures.
• Fluent or professional English and Polish, written and verbal, are required. Required certifications include Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate, and AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional.
