What you will do

• Build trusted relationships with customer stakeholders from technical leads to executive sponsors.
• Lead technical discovery, architecture design, solution scoping, and long-term transformation planning.
• Drive adoption of data, analytics, AI, and cloud platform capabilities through workshops, demos, and innovation sessions.
• Identify use cases, underutilized features, growth opportunities, and measurable customer outcomes.
• Support sales activities including proposals, quoting, ordering, stakeholder communication, and expansion opportunities.
• Collaborate with account, consulting, customer services, sales support, pricing, finance, product, and technical teams.

Requirements

• Strong expertise in data, analytics, and cloud architectures.
• Experience designing and promoting enterprise-scale analytical solutions.
• Deep understanding of modern data platforms and AI trends.
• Experience in solution architecture, technical consulting, and customer-facing technical pre-sales.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, business acumen, and ability to translate business outcomes into technical solutions.
• Degree-level qualification or relevant experience in computer science, software engineering, mathematics, management information systems, or a related discipline.
