Senior DXP Consultant

Location: Bulgaria, Poland, or Romania; remote or office work

What you will do

• Lead client-facing discovery workshops, define scope, and shape implementation roadmaps for complex multi-phase engagements.
• Advise on solution design across CMS, DAM, personalization, experimentation, and e-commerce platforms.
• Translate ambiguous or conflicting business requirements into epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, and structured documentation.
• Own functional accountability for backlog management, requirement traceability, documentation, and acceptance testing.
• Align business outcomes, solution design, and technical execution while identifying delivery risks.
• Build reusable frameworks and playbooks, share knowledge, and mentor junior consultants and product owners.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in digital consulting, business or systems analysis, or product ownership.
• Hands-on experience with DXP, CMS, or e-commerce platform projects, including at least one enterprise platform such as Optimizely, Adobe AEM, Sitecore, Magento, or Shopify.
• Experience facilitating discovery workshops and requirements-gathering sessions with business stakeholders.
• Ability to work with Agile delivery models, backlog management, sprint ceremonies, Jira, and Confluence.
• Strong written, verbal, and client-facing communication skills.
• Role is based in Bulgaria, Poland, or Romania, with remote or office work available.

Nice to have

• Experience with Optimizely One, including CMS, DAM, Experimentation, Personalization, or CMP.
• Exposure to platform migrations, replatforming, or multi-workstream program delivery.
• Knowledge of headless CMS, personalization, DAM, or omnichannel commerce trends.
• Experience with platform selection, vendor evaluation, RFP or procurement processes, and mentoring junior consultants or analysts.
