DORA IT Analyst Expert (Fintech): Assessing and aligning financial-sector IT practices with DORA requirements and Regulatory Technical Standards with an accent on IT risk, compliance, business continuity, and operational resilience. Focus on performing regulatory gap assessments, leading cross-functional workshops, and translating regulatory expectations into actionable requirements.
Location: Hybrid from Gdynia, Gdańsk, Warsaw, or Łódź, with 2–3 days per week from the office
Salary: 900–1,150 PLN per day on B2B

What you will do
- Analyze and interpret DORA requirements and relevant Regulatory Technical Standards.
- Translate regulatory requirements into actionable requirements for financial entities.
- Perform regulatory gap assessments and evaluate existing processes, controls, and practices.
- Support operational resilience, Business Continuity Management, Crisis Management, and IT Service Continuity Management activities.
- Prepare, lead, and coordinate workshops with cross-functional teams.
- Align IT and business processes with regulatory requirements while cooperating with stakeholders across different seniority levels.
Requirements
- 5–10 years of relevant professional experience.
- Strong knowledge of DORA, including the main regulation and relevant Regulatory Technical Standards.
- Practical experience in IT Risk Management, IT Compliance, operational resilience, and regulatory gap assessments.
- Knowledge of Business Continuity Management, Crisis Management, and IT Service Continuity Management.
- Previous experience in financial institutions or the banking sector.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and workshop facilitation skills.
