Senior DevOps Engineer

Location: Lithuanian or Polish market; office work is encouraged with up to two remote days per week, alongside a work-from-almost-anywhere policy.

Salary: €4,700–€7,800 gross per month for Lithuania or PLN 23,300–34,000 gross per month for Poland.

What you will do

• Specialize in Kubernetes and other CNCF technologies, primarily working with AWS.
• Apply GitOps practices and automate infrastructure with Terraform and Ansible.
• Develop and improve CI/CD pipelines using GitLab, Argo CD, and Helm.
• Manage and optimize Percona, MySQL, and MongoDB databases.
• Build logging, monitoring, and alerting infrastructure with Prometheus, Grafana, Alertmanager, and Loki.
• Collaborate with product engineering teams to maintain a stable, scalable platform supporting SOC2 certification.

Requirements

• Demonstrated competency in Linux and automation.
• Good knowledge of networking and firewalls.
• Proficiency with Ansible and Terraform.
• Ability to write Bash and Python scripts and Helm charts.
• Experience with infrastructure and application monitoring, alerting, MySQL, and MongoDB.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to build new systems from scratch.
