CI/CD Engineer (Kubernetes)

Location: Hybrid from Gdynia, Gdańsk, or Warszawa, Poland, with 2–3 days per week in the office

Salary: 800–950 PLN/day on B2B

What you will do

• Maintain existing CI/CD pipelines and ensure reliable daily operation.
• Design and implement automated build and deployment pipelines across development, testing, and production environments.
• Build visualizations for system health and the operational status of builds and deployments.
• Troubleshoot pipeline issues and coordinate technical improvements with engineers, experts, and managers across teams.
• Support production releases, migration events, and go-live rehearsals, including occasional work after business hours or on weekends.
• Ensure CI/CD security and compliance, document processes, and provide training.

Requirements

• Senior-level experience with CI/CD platforms including Jenkins, Bamboo, Tekton, and GitHub Actions.
• Strong knowledge of Git and Bitbucket, plus experience with Maven, ArgoCD, Backstage, and Artifactory.
• Hands-on automation experience with Bash, PowerShell, or Python.
• Practical knowledge of Linux, SQL, Docker, Kubernetes, and scalable enterprise environments; Oracle experience is preferred.
• Experience with technical planning, Agile/SAFe delivery, risk identification, troubleshooting, and software development lifecycle practices.
• Previous financial-sector experience, particularly with account or payment systems, and fluent English in international teams.

Nice to have

• Experience with MKE, GKE, or vCluster environments.
• Knowledge of Terraform, Ansible AWX, Azure, AWS, and Temenos Transact.
• Experience with Oracle databases and financial-sector platforms.
