Head of Lloyds Intermediaries

Location: Birmingham, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Halifax, Leeds or London, UK. Hybrid working requires at least two days per week, or 40% of working time, at an office site.

Hours: 35 hours per week, full time.

What you will do

• Deliver the Lloyds Intermediaries strategy and translate priorities into commercial plans.
• Own sales, service and financial performance across the channel, balancing growth, profitability, risk and customer outcomes.
• Build relationships with broker firms, strategic partners and industry influencers, representing hirify.global at industry forums.
• Use broker, customer, market and competitor insight to identify opportunities and shape propositions.
• Coordinate Product, Pricing, Risk, Operations, Marketing, Data and Technology to improve journeys and ways of working.
• Lead and develop approximately 75 colleagues while driving transformation, data and technology initiatives across the channel.

Requirements

• Senior leadership experience in private banking, wealth management, banking propositions or product management.
• Proven success creating and delivering customer propositions and product strategies.
• Strong commercial leadership experience, including P&L ownership, pricing and performance management.
• Deep understanding of product governance, lifecycle management and customer outcomes.
• Knowledge of banking, lending and wealth-related products; fiduciary experience is advantageous.
• Experience influencing complex organisations, leading large-scale change and building high-performing teams.
