Delivery Operations Manager (AI)

Location: Bulgaria, Georgia, Poland, or Ukraine; in-office, hybrid, or remote flexibility is available depending on location and contract type.

What you will do

• Own weekly delivery pulse and monthly RAG reporting for P1/P2 accounts.
• Monitor utilization, bench, ramp-up and ramp-down trends, headcount movement, and delivery risks.
• Maintain dashboards and delivery health metrics covering scope, schedule, quality, teams, commercials, and governance.
• Coordinate with HR, Talent, Resourcing, Delivery Directors, Delivery Managers, and CoE leads on staffing, open positions, redeployment, and follow-ups.
• Support delivery governance through agendas, minutes, action logs, and risk registers.
• Partner with Finance to maintain accurate margin and revenue reporting.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in delivery, resource management, PMO, or operations within professional services or technology consulting.
• Strong data skills beyond Excel, including AI tools for reporting, analysis, and dashboard creation.
• Experience with Workday PSA or a similar PSA/ERP system is preferred.
• Ability to work with senior stakeholders, enforce deadlines, and turn data into clear executive narratives.
• Hands-on AI tool experience or a strong willingness to learn quickly.
• Upper-Intermediate English required.
