Delivery Lead (Salesforce)

Location: EU countries listed in the posting; fully remote, office-based, or hybrid work options are available.

Salary: €3,350–€5,275 gross per month, depending on experience, location, and professional growth.

What you will do

• Lead Salesforce implementation and new application development projects for an energy infrastructure organization.
• Manage delivery scope, schedules, risks, dependencies, milestones, staffing, and resource availability.
• Coordinate development, testing, deployment, hypercare, acceptance, release planning, and production readiness.
• Govern delivery processes, quality standards, documentation, Definition of Ready, and Definition of Done.
• Act as the primary delivery and commercial contact, managing stakeholder relationships, status reporting, escalations, and governance reviews.
• Coordinate Architects, Consultants, Developers, DevOps Engineers, training, knowledge transfer, and continuity during personnel changes.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience leading complex IT delivery engagements and managing distributed cross-functional teams.
• Experience with stakeholder and client management, Agile environments, project governance, reporting, escalation management, and multi-vendor delivery.
• Experience delivering enterprise software solutions and application development projects exceeding 30 person-days, preferably for regulated-industry clients.
• Salesforce delivery experience and knowledge of Salesforce Platform, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, delivery lifecycle, release management, and environment management.
• Knowledge of GitHub, CI/CD principles, Salesforce DX, DevOps and engineering practices, development governance, quality assurance, and enterprise ecosystems.
• English and German at Upper-Intermediate level or above are required.

Nice to have

• Experience with Databricks.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA, Microsoft 365, Azure, SharePoint, or enterprise integrations.
