What you will do
- Support pre-sales managers by gathering customer requirements, coordinating solution design and effort estimates, and preparing indicative timelines.
- Build project plans and obtain internal and customer approval.
- Present project scope during internal and customer kick-off meetings.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and third-party software deliveries.
- Manage scope, time, resources, quality, risks, costs, communications, revenue forecasting, billing, collections, and resource allocation.
- Track delivery progress, provide weekly status updates, manage client relationships, and improve delivery processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in management information systems, computer science, IT, or equivalent work experience.
- Basic telephony knowledge.
- Fluent English is required.
- Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, collaboration, leadership, and prioritization skills.
- Ability to manage changing priorities, multiple deadlines, project risks, and stakeholder expectations.
Nice to have
- 5–8 years of project management experience in high-tech systems implementation, managing projects from inception to completion.
- Experience managing multiple projects of different sizes simultaneously.
- Experience with Salesforce, OpenAir, Confluence, Jira, Microsoft Project, SharePoint, and Microsoft Office.
- Experience with rating, routing, and billing systems.
- PMP certification and proficiency in Spanish, French, German, or Arabic.
