Delivery Manager (Fintech)

What you will do

• Plan, coordinate, and govern technology releases across Risk Technology platforms and initiatives.
• Coordinate release windows, deployment activities, production go-lives, and readiness across development, testing, operations, and business teams.
• Track milestones, dependencies, critical paths, risks, issues, commitments, and delivery timelines.
• Act as the central communication point for Product Managers, Engineers, Operations, Risk stakeholders, compliance specialists, and vendors.
• Coordinate change management, release documentation, training readiness, deployment communications, and incident reviews.
• Drive continuous improvement while developing expertise in payments, regulatory delivery, and complex enterprise transformations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience in project coordination, delivery management, release management, technology operations, or a related field.
• Strong organizational, planning, communication, stakeholder management, and structured problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in dynamic, fast-changing environments.
• Professional, constructive, self-starting approach with ownership of delivery outcomes.

Nice to have

• Experience with software delivery, Agile, Scrum, or DevOps environments.
• Exposure to risk, compliance, banking, fintech, or payments.
• Familiarity with release management, change management, operational readiness, Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow, or Azure DevOps.
• Understanding of CI/CD and modern software delivery practices.
• Interest in AI-enabled and agentic payments.
