Agile Delivery Manager (EdTech)

Location: Must be based in Ukraine

Salary: $2,900 - $3,700 monthly

What you will do

• Implement the shared delivery framework and create supporting documentation including checklists, agreements, and guides.
• Coach teams on delivery rhythms and agile practices, adapting the approach to each team's maturity level.
• Identify recurring bottlenecks and delivery gaps to propose and implement practical improvements.
• Own the Jira setup, including boards, workflows, and automations, to make delivery health visible.
• Define and manage delivery metrics and dashboards to track progress and spot risks.

Requirements

• Experience in Delivery Management, Agile Delivery, or as a Scrum Master within a product company.
• Hands-on expertise with Jira (boards, filters, dashboards, workflows, reporting, automations).
• Experience managing the full delivery lifecycle: planning, execution, dependencies, and releases.
• Strong communication skills for collaborating with Product, Engineering, QA, and Leadership.
• Must be living in Ukraine.
• Must be registered as a sole proprietor (FOP).
• English: Comfortable communicating in an international team (B2).
