Location: Remote from Ukraine only; candidates must live in Ukraine and be registered as a sole proprietor (FOP).
Salary: $2,900–$3,700 gross per month. The posting also states a gross annual range of €31,200–€39,800, with a gross monthly rate centered around €2,950.

What you will do
- Implement the shared delivery framework within the assigned domain.
- Create checklists, agreements, guides, and other delivery documentation.
- Establish delivery rhythms and coach teams according to their maturity levels.
- Identify delivery bottlenecks and support continuous improvement, release, and post-release practices.
- Define delivery metrics and dashboards to improve visibility into risks and progress.
- Own Jira boards, filters, workflows, reporting, and automations.
Requirements
- Experience in Delivery Management, Agile Delivery, Scrum Master, or a similar delivery-focused role within a product company.
- Hands-on experience across planning, execution, dependency management, release preparation, and retrospectives.
- Practical Jira experience with boards, filters, dashboards, workflows, reporting, and automations.
- Ability to use delivery metrics to identify risks, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across Product, Engineering, QA, and Leadership.
- Must be living in Ukraine and registered as a sole proprietor (FOP); comfortable communicating in English.
