Senior Fullstack Software Engineer (AI)

Location: Atlanta, Georgia, USA. Hybrid Flex Work requires at least 50% of each quarter in the office or in the field.

Base salary range for EU locations only: €72,000–€108,000 per year in Ireland.

What you will do

• Build full-stack user-facing and platform experiences for the Platform Consumption Console.
• Design resilient backend services and intuitive frontend interfaces using React and TypeScript.
• Develop data ingestion pipelines, usage-based billing calculations, and customer-facing controls.
• Process large-scale usage metrics and build reliable financial ledgers and enterprise dashboards.
• Integrate AI-driven capabilities into HR and Finance workflows within a cross-functional product pod.
• Contribute to technical strategy, architecture, code reviews, and reusable engineering standards.

Requirements

• Senior-level qualification: 8+ years of software engineering experience; principal-level qualification requires 12+ years.
• Experience with backend or data engineering in a cloud environment, particularly AWS.
• Experience with web development frameworks such as Python or Java; principal-level applicants should have 5+ years with performant backend services.
• Experience with React and TypeScript for frontend or full-stack development, especially at principal level.
• Knowledge of distributed data processing, memory management, ETL transformations, PySpark optimization, REST APIs, and AWS API Gateway.
• Ability to apply testing, object-oriented design, Python, CloudFormation or AWS CDK, Git, CI/CD, technical documentation, and collaborative development practices.
