Creo Toolkit Developer (PTC Creo/Windchill)

Location: Hybrid in Spring, Texas, with onsite and remote work; open only to US citizens and green card holders.

Salary: $45.00–$55.00 per hour; contract-to-hire, 40 hours per week.

What you will do

• Design, develop, test, and maintain custom applications using PTC Creo Toolkit with C/C++.
• Build integrations between Creo Parametric and PTC Windchill using Java APIs, REST services, query frameworks, and workflow APIs.
• Create automated engineering workflows, custom commands, menus, dialogs, event handlers, and CAD productivity tools.
• Manage CAD data, metadata, attributes, configurations, and lifecycle processes.
• Support Model-Based Definition, digital thread, and digital engineering initiatives.
• Collaborate with engineering stakeholders, troubleshoot complex integration issues, participate in reviews, and prepare technical documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, mechanical engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• At least 5 years of hands-on experience with PTC Creo Parametric and Creo Toolkit.
• Strong C and C++ programming skills, including Creo customizations and automation.
• Experience integrating Creo applications with PTC Windchill and working with Windchill Java APIs, REST services, data access frameworks, and workflow or lifecycle APIs.
• Knowledge of Creo surface creation and editing, CAD data management, PLM practices, debugging, and software development lifecycles.
• Must be a US citizen or green card holder; corp-to-corp candidates are not accepted.

Nice to have

• Windchill customization and server-side development experience.
• Experience with Java, JavaScript, Python, C#, J-Link, Creo Object Toolkit, or Info*Engine.
• Knowledge of MBE, MBSE, digital twins, Agile/Scrum, CI/CD, Git, or Azure DevOps.
• Experience in maritime, offshore, manufacturing, aerospace, or industrial engineering environments.
