What you will do

• Design, develop, and refine automated options trading systems that are latency-sensitive and scalable.
• Own system performance, low latency, reliability, and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on trading strategies and technical solutions.
• Optimize infrastructure for high-frequency trading workloads and performance demands.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience developing low-latency, performance-sensitive software.
• Proficiency in C++ and/or Java.
• Strong understanding of system architecture, algorithms, and concurrency.
• Experience with complex, performance-critical systems.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of U.S. options markets or financial instruments.
• Project management or leadership experience.
• Familiarity with distributed systems, cloud computing, or high-performance computing environments.
• Experience maintaining live trading systems or other high-frequency, real-time projects.
