What you will do

• Coordinate with project teams on document control procedures, system use, training, and compliance.
• Manage SharePoint, Autodesk BIM 360 Field, and BIM 360 Docs to keep project documentation accessible and efficiently stored.
• Collect, register, issue, review, and maintain technical documents such as drawings and blueprints in the project system.
• Perform quality checks, maintain metadata, and support document traceability, retrieval, and audits.
• Coordinate document reviews and approvals, including comment collation, distribution, and close-out.
• Support the Information Management Plan and related procedures such as the TQ/RFI database.

Requirements

• Experience as a Document Controller in a similar industry.
• Experience using document control software.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects.
• Knowledge of document control requirements, contractual documentation, and quality procedures.
