Sales Representative P&G Health Care - Thessaloniki

Location: Thessaloniki, Greece

Salary: €21,400 gross per year base salary, plus a performance bonus of up to 40% of base salary.

What you will do

• Lead sales, detailing, merchandising, distribution, and product-visibility objectives for the assigned region.
• Implement brand strategy and annual sales and trade marketing plans.
• Build relationships with pharmacists, doctors, academics, key accounts, wholesalers, distributors, and third-party agencies.
• Improve distributor capabilities and execution across sales, stock levels, unsaleable products, and business-building programs.
• Monitor sales compliance and develop strong internal and external networks.

Requirements

• Limited experience in pharmacy sales.
• Minimum bachelor's degree.
• Very good written and spoken Greek and English.
• Valid category B driver's license; a company car is provided.
• Completed or exempt from military service requirements, if applicable.
• Strong interpersonal skills and an entrepreneurial mindset.

Nice to have

• Degree in Chemistry, Biology, Pharmacy, or Chemical Engineering.
