What you will do
- Work with product management and business stakeholders to understand product strategy, customer needs, operational challenges, and strategic opportunities.
- Act as a product ambassador and analyze stakeholder requirements to support product design.
- Lead Agile ceremonies and provide business direction with a customer-first and ROI-focused approach.
- Own product changes end to end, including issue resolution, blocker management, feedback collection, metrics tracking, and continuous improvement.
- Refine features, document specifications, perform data analysis and mapping, and create user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
- Coordinate product releases, demonstrations, stakeholder feedback, delivery updates, and handover of changes into business-as-usual operations.
Requirements
- Relevant qualifications, certifications, and experience in a software development environment as a Business Analyst or Product Owner.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience scoping product roadmap initiatives, refining epics and features, writing and prioritizing user stories, and defining acceptance criteria.
- Experience creating detailed specifications and user or training guides.
- Ability to understand multiple user journeys and regional requirements.
- Understanding of APIs, their design, and lifecycle, together with strong cross-functional stakeholder management skills.

- Experience in financial services, especially payouts, foreign exchange, finance, or banking.
