Solution Manager (Card Issuing)

What you will do

• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and solution documents for card issuing platforms.
• Design, develop, and implement card issuing solutions across the product lifecycle.
• Coordinate solution activities and guide Business Analysts on deliverables, architecture, and quality standards.
• Lead problem-solving initiatives, identify risks, and define mitigation strategies for card issuing services.
• Present solution proposals and align business stakeholders, Product Owners, and technical teams.
• Monitor industry and competitor trends to identify opportunities for payment solution innovation.

Requirements

• Strong background in Information Systems, Requirements Engineering, Information Analysis, and Functional Design.
• Hands-on solution design experience in the card issuing domain, including issuing processing and card lifecycle knowledge.
• Professional experience in banking systems, payment solutions, and financial technology environments.
• Knowledge of architecture principles and risk management.
• Leadership experience coordinating or mentoring team members in a Team Leader capacity.
• 5–7 years of IT experience in banking or payment processing and fluent English, spoken and written.
