Base pay: €79,800–€137,770 per year

What you will do

• Manage cryopreservation centers supplying starting apheresis material for CAR-T and advanced therapies.
• Lead partner assessments, new product implementation, site visits, technology transfers, and supply strategy development.
• Act as Virtual General Manager for assigned external relationships and oversee activities, performance, and financials.
• Lead cross-functional Virtual Management Teams across Quality, Technical Operations, Procurement, Planning, and Finance.
• Establish performance metrics, improve processes and systems, and identify cost-reduction opportunities.
• Develop the external cryopreservation network strategy and manage global network optimization and budgets.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent university degree.
• At least 6 years of relevant work experience or business management experience.
• Experience in pharmaceutical cell therapy, biologics, or another similarly regulated industry.
• Understanding of Quality, Technical Operations, Finance, Planning, and/or Procurement, together with continuous improvement experience.
• Experience leading supplier or external relationships and understanding end-to-end supply chain operations.
• Strong influencing skills and flexibility to work weekends or off-hours for patient support; up to 25% domestic or international travel is required.

• Ability to develop long-range strategy based on future customer needs.
• Experience with agile manufacturing, GMP, plant operations, manufacturing compliance, or strategic supply chain management.
