What you will do

• Lead contract manufacturing strategy, performance management, and risk mitigation across the external manufacturing network.
• Develop and improve the contract manufacturer lifecycle framework to support growth, resilience, and supply continuity.
• Evaluate make-versus-buy opportunities, supplier capabilities, network requirements, and capacity planning with cross-functional partners.
• Develop sourcing and negotiation strategies for new and existing manufacturing partnerships.
• Govern partner delivery across capacity, capability, quality, service levels, intellectual property, regulatory compliance, contracts, and asset management.
• Lead and develop the Contract Manufacturing organization across the Probiotics, Cultures, and Enzymes business units.

Requirements

• Extensive leadership experience in manufacturing, supply chain, external manufacturing, or operational excellence.
• Experience working with suppliers and contract manufacturers, including contract management, governance, auditing, and risk mitigation.
• Demonstrated ability to translate complex challenges into actionable strategies and business outcomes.
• Strong stakeholder influence and alignment skills across functions, regions, and organizational levels.
• Experience leading high-performing teams and building organizational capabilities in a global environment.
• Strategic thinking combined with execution focus, accountability, continuous improvement, communication, and leadership skills.
