Talent Acquisition Director (BPO)

hirify.global is supporting a growing outsourcing company with high-volume BPO recruitment operations.

What you will do

• Lead and develop the Talent Acquisition team in Manila.
• Build scalable recruitment strategies for high-volume hiring across customer service, technical support, and specialist operations.
• Deliver hiring targets and support client ramp-up requirements, new programmes, expansions, and hiring waves.
• Oversee sourcing, recruitment marketing, referrals, talent pipelines, employer branding, and candidate experience.
• Monitor and improve time-to-fill, quality of hire, candidate conversion, and recruitment delivery.
• Partner with Operations, HR, senior leadership, and multiple clients while using recruitment data and market intelligence to guide decisions.

Requirements

• Fluent English, written and spoken.
• Strong Talent Acquisition leadership experience in the Philippines.
• Proven experience managing high-volume recruitment and leading recruiters, sourcing teams, or TA managers.
• Strong understanding of the Manila talent market.
• Experience supporting rapid growth and managing multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.
• Commercial, hands-on, delivery-focused, and effective in stakeholder management and communication.
