Talent Acquisition Recruiter - Director (Dublin)

Location: Dublin, Ireland; hybrid schedule with office attendance required on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, and work from home on Mondays and Fridays

What you will do

• Support full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, and candidate communication.
• Manage open requisitions and gradually take on independent ownership of recruiting processes.
• Source passive candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and other recruiting tools.
• Build recruiting capabilities, talent pipelines, and market knowledge across expanding international jurisdictions.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams while maintaining a professional candidate experience.
• Maintain Greenhouse records, support recruitment reporting, follow-ups, and process improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 9+ years of recruiting and sourcing experience, preferably in a corporate professional services environment.
• Experience with an Applicant Tracking System; Greenhouse experience is advantageous.
• Strong organizational, communication, relationship-building, and prioritization skills.
• Availability to work from the Dublin office on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.

Nice to have

• Experience sourcing passive candidates through LinkedIn or similar platforms.
• Familiarity with recruitment metrics and candidate pipeline management.
• Familiarity with generative AI tools such as ChatGPT for research, data insights, and productivity.
• Strong attention to detail and focus on positive candidate experience.
