What you will do
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for multiple functions including Operations, Finance, Marketing, HR, Product, and Engineering.
- Partner with hiring managers to define candidate profiles and align on business priorities.
- Source and engage talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, job boards, and direct outreach.
- Perform talent mapping and market research to inform hiring strategies.
- Coordinate the interview process and maintain a positive candidate experience.
- Track recruitment activities in the ATS and provide pipeline insights to stakeholders.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or Executive Search.
- Proven ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong proficiency in sourcing via LinkedIn Recruiter and other professional channels.
- Experience recruiting for various corporate and technical functions.
- Fluency in English is required.
- Ability to adapt to evolving priorities and ambitious hiring goals.
Nice to have
- Experience working in technology companies, startups, or high-growth organizations.
- Proficiency in Mandarin, Bahasa Indonesia, Thai, or Japanese.
