Production Supervisor (Manufacturing)

Location: Singapore; onsite production workshop role

hirify.global is recruiting for a major global energy technology and engineering company focused on integrated projects, equipment, technologies, and services, particularly for subsea oil and gas developments.

What you will do

• Plan and lead activities in the production workshop while sustaining Lean Management practices.
• Manage work-order priorities, manpower schedules, production queries, and operational issues.
• Ensure safety, quality, delivery, and cost objectives are achieved.
• Coordinate machine-tool maintenance and upgrades with internal stakeholders.
• Lead risk management, incident investigations, preventive measures, process improvements, and cost-saving initiatives.
• Train, guide, motivate, and evaluate team members while supporting on-time delivery and maintaining production records.

Requirements

• Diploma or NITEC in a related field.
• Five to seven years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment.
• Experience with Lean manufacturing and problem-solving methods.
• Good knowledge of workplace safety procedures and strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong PC skills, including Microsoft Office applications.
• Training requirements include MSOC, BISH, BHEST, and Standard Operating Procedures.

Nice to have

• Experience in a lead or supervisory role.
• SAP experience.
