Manufacturing Operation Supervisor

What you will do

• Manage manufacturing activities and ensure performance across inventory, cost, and downstream requirements.
• Lead a team of higher-level non-exempt individual contributors, including hiring, performance planning, coaching, and career development.
• Ensure products and services meet performance metrics defined by next-level management.
• Structure maintenance programs covering tooling uptime, obsolescence projects, and spares management.
• Drive tooling improvement initiatives focused on maintenance.
• Prepare operational performance reports and maintain critical process documents, including standard operating procedures, statements of work, and dashboards.

Requirements

• Diploma in Engineering.
• At least 4 years of experience in operations.
• Strong communication, technical, and people-management skills.
• Leadership experience covering team building, conflict resolution, and management across areas of responsibility.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Excel and PowerPoint, as well as statistical analysis and financial modeling.

Nice to have

• Experience in fab tool maintenance.
