Manufacturing Engineer (Semiconductor)

Location: Singapore, SGP. Onsite manufacturing and clean-room work may involve extended standing, walking, tight spaces, hand and power tools, and personal protective equipment. Travel: 10%.

What you will do

• Develop, implement, and maintain Mayan test procedures for Endura Mainframe, including documentation, data collection, evaluation, and corrective actions.
• Provide technical production support, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with Operations and Test teams to enable timely system shipments.
• Coordinate the design, validation, and deployment of test fixtures with CTE, Operations, and cross-functional teams.
• Drive continuous-improvement projects to reduce labor hours, scrap, rework, and manufacturing costs using Lean and Six Sigma principles.
• Support product transitions and manufacturing readiness for test procedures, jigs, fixtures, tooling, and facilities.
• Resolve field escalations, supplier issues, and production DMRs while implementing CAPA, root-cause analysis, JHA, and LOTO controls.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 2–4 years of related experience.
• Technical problem-solving skills and the ability to apply engineering principles to manufacturing processes.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to explain complex information clearly.
• Ability to perform onsite physical and clean-room duties, including use of required personal protective equipment.
