Manufacturing Engineer (Entry-level)

Location: Singapore, Upper Changi/Tampines; cleanroom manufacturing environment with compulsory cleanroom suit. Travel required 10% of the time. Relocation is not eligible.

What you will do

• Develop, implement, and maintain manufacturing methods, operation sequences, and processes for parts, components, subassemblies, and final assemblies.
• Coordinate product improvements and new product releases with other engineering functions.
• Launch, approve, and implement engineering change requests for new and existing products.
• Apply engineering and DFx principles to reduce manufacturing costs, improve product quality, determine time standards, and recommend tooling and process requirements.
• Write and release test procedures, gather operational and test data, and evaluate results.
• Assess work methods and policies, support root cause analysis, and drive process improvements in production and assembly testing.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Good understanding of manufacturing principles and the semiconductor industry.
• Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with CAD or engineering drawings is advantageous.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a cleanroom manufacturing environment with compulsory cleanroom attire.

Nice to have

• Internship or academic project experience in semiconductor or manufacturing.
