Operations and Customer Quality Manager (Semiconductor Equipment)

Location: Singapore, Singapore. 100% onsite; not hybrid. Travel required up to 20% of the time. Relocation is eligible, but no relocation allowance is provided.

What you will do

• Develop and apply quality standards, inspection procedures, tests, and documentation for hardware manufacturing products.
• Analyze operational, test, reliability, and customer performance data using statistical methods and Excel.
• Lead qualification activities, review qualification packs, determine dispositions for non-compliant products, and reduce qualification cycle time and cost.
• Drive customer escalation resolution through root cause analysis, containment, corrective action, process improvement, and 8D discipline.
• Lead cross-functional work with engineering, quality, reliability, supply chain, suppliers, and technology partners.
• Capture lessons learned and Voice of Customer requirements to improve current and next-generation product quality and reliability.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Engineering Technology, or a related field.
• 5–8 years of quality function experience in industrial equipment, automotive, heavy engineering, medical, semiconductor, or a related industry.
• Experience with 8D, SCAR, root cause analysis, corrective action, containment, prevention, FMEA, DMAIC, and quality analysis tools.
• Advanced quality certifications; Green Belt certification or equivalent is required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including PivotTables and VLOOKUP, and experience with Power BI.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, ISO 9001, quality systems, engineering drawings, and manufacturing processes.
