What you will do

• Partner with the UK Managing Director and leadership team on business growth, organisational effectiveness, and workforce planning.
• Design, implement, and improve scalable people processes, policies, systems, and ways of working.
• Advise and coach leaders on people, culture, performance, organisational development, and employment matters.
• Lead the full employee lifecycle, including talent acquisition, onboarding, engagement, development, and retention.
• Build a high-performing, values-led culture and support organisational change.
• Ensure compliance with UK employment legislation while delivering strategic and operational HR support.

Requirements

• Proven HR or People and Organisation leadership experience in a growth, start-up, scale-up, or rapidly evolving environment.
• Strong HR generalist expertise across the full employee lifecycle.
• Experience building people processes, systems, and organisational capability from the ground up.
• Ability to combine strategic thinking with hands-on, execution-focused delivery.
• Strong coaching, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfort working with ambiguity, change, and competing priorities.
