Finance Technology Lead (AI)

What you will do

• Define the Finance technology architecture and multi-year roadmap across ERP, billing, revenue accounting, close, consolidation, planning, reporting, treasury, tax, data, and automation.
• Build, recruit, develop, and lead a multidisciplinary Finance Technology team covering systems, data, automation, AI, product management, and transformation delivery.
• Optimize the existing Finance systems, interfaces, and data landscape before major platform transformation.
• Establish automation and AI initiatives using workflow, low-code technology, and digital tools to reduce manual processing, reconciliation, and reporting.
• Lead ERP strategy, Finance application product ownership, data architecture, systems integration, and technology governance.
• Deliver Finance technology initiatives from business case through design, implementation, testing, adoption, and benefits realization while managing vendors and partners.

Requirements

• Experience in Finance technology or Finance transformation leadership.
• Knowledge of core Finance processes, including R2R, P2P, O2C, consolidation, and FP&A.
• Experience with major ERP platforms such as D365, SAP, or Oracle.
• Background in Finance systems architecture, data, reporting, analytics, automation, workflow, and AI.
• Experience with product management and cross-functional program delivery in multinational, multi-entity environments.
• Experience with subscription or software business models and recurring billing.
