What you will do

• Lead and develop a large Fund Accounting and Valuation team, fostering accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Set strategic priorities supporting business growth, operational excellence, and client satisfaction.
• Oversee accurate and timely delivery of fund accounting and valuation services.
• Act as a senior client escalation point and build long-term client relationships.
• Drive technology-enabled change and process transformation to improve operational effectiveness.
• Lead risk management, governance, regulatory matters, resource planning, budgeting, and succession planning.

Requirements

• Significant leadership experience in fund accounting, valuations, asset servicing, or financial services.
• Experience leading large and geographically diverse teams in a regulated environment.
• Demonstrated success managing complex operations and delivering strategic business outcomes through change.
• Strong experience working with clients, regulators, and senior stakeholders.
• Exceptional people leadership, communication, influencing, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Deep understanding of risk management, governance, and regulatory requirements, supported by a relevant professional qualification and industry experience.
