Strategic Services Sourcing Manager (Life Sciences)

Location: Remote in Ireland, based in or associated with Little Island. Travel is required, stated as up to 10% in the responsibilities and 25% in the additional details.

What you will do

• Manage relationships with service providers and contractors on behalf of customers.
• Lead supplier selection, negotiations, and agreement development to improve service levels and margins.
• Ensure legal compliance and alignment with regional sourcing strategies.
• Support the design and implementation of sourcing strategies and supplier management programs.
• Contribute to local and multi-partner solutions for complex customer projects.
• Maintain supplier documentation, contracts, and data while collaborating with sales, program management, and scheduling teams.

Requirements

• Experience with service provider business models and sourcing activities.
• Strong business acumen, analytical skills, and commercial judgment.
• Expertise in sourcing, negotiation, stakeholder management, and balancing conflicting priorities.
• Local knowledge and network in Ireland.
• English language proficiency is required.
• Ability to work across countries and cultures.
