Procurement Specialist (Construction)

What you will do

• Procure goods and services across the construction industry.
• Manage requests for proposals, purchase orders, change orders, invoicing, and related documentation.
• Prequalify and shortlist suppliers, analyze bids, negotiate pricing, and recommend awards.
• Develop, finalize, and administer contracts with close attention to detail.
• Conduct supplier capacity modeling, production planning, and inventory management across the region.
• Create weekly reports and dashboards to monitor progress and identify supply chain risks.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in procurement and supply chain management within a data centre or construction environment.
• Bachelor’s degree or professional qualification in procurement, supply chain management, or a related discipline.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong negotiation skills, cost-reduction focus, and a proven record of success.
• Excellent IT skills focused on data processing, management, and analytics.
• Ability to work in a hybrid role based in Dublin, Ireland, with flexibility across regions and time zones.
