What you will do
- Develop project plans, establish shared objectives, and coordinate delivery activities for complex banking-sector projects.
- Manage resources, workload allocation, estimates, schedules, dependencies, budgets, and delivery deviations.
- Lead end-to-end project delivery, including milestone approvals, customer sign-off, risk mitigation, and issue resolution.
- Identify process improvements, cost optimization opportunities, and time-saving measures.
- Lead and mentor cross-functional teams of developers, testers, business analysts, architects, and other specialists.
- Build transparent working relationships with clients, delivery teams, and client partners.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience coordinating complex IT projects, including fixed-price projects.
- Comprehensive knowledge and practical application of project management methodologies.
- Experience delivering projects end-to-end within scope, budget, and timeline.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder relationships through strong communication and negotiation.
- Experience with process improvement, organizational governance, agile ways of working, agile transformation, or change management.
- Fluent written and spoken English and German are required. Regular use of AI tools and responsible validation of AI-generated outputs are also required.
Nice to have
- Technical background in IT systems or software development.
- PMI ACP, PSM I/II, ICP-ACC, SAFe, or ICP-ATF certification.
