Senior Engagement Principal | Software Delivery

What you will do

• Lead successful enterprise deployments of Aera solutions and ensure delivery meets customer requirements and statements of work.
• Build long-term relationships with customers and act as a trusted advisor to senior executives.
• Serve as a supply chain subject matter expert during implementations, discovery sessions, and pre-sales engagements.
• Coordinate customers, Aera teams, consultants, and system integrators across project-related activities.
• Manage project resources, monitor progress through KPIs, control scope, and escalate delivery risks.
• Lead workshops, demos, proofs of concept, RFx responses, proposals, and statements of work.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience leading and managing post-sales enterprise software implementation projects.
• Extensive supply chain knowledge across demand, supply, manufacturing, inventory, order management, logistics, and planning.
• Experience with enterprise IT and software, including ERP systems such as SAP and Oracle, cloud/SaaS, security, mobile, BI, planning, and execution systems.
• Experience with supply chain software such as SAP, JDA, and Kinaxis, plus agile project work and Scrum methodologies.
• Experience writing proposals and statements of work and managing technical team members.
• Bachelor’s degree, ideally in Engineering; a Master’s degree is preferred. Ability to travel globally is required.
