Delivery Manager (GameDev)

What you will do

• Own delivery planning, prioritization, and project risk management while ensuring on-time game delivery.
• Collaborate with Producers to align development focus and balance business goals, team needs, and technical vision.
• Lead hiring, onboarding, performance management, coaching, and professional development for development teams.
• Remove risks, bottlenecks, and conflicts while building team motivation and autonomy.
• Improve development and production processes across multiple projects and technologies.
• Promote knowledge sharing and effective collaboration across departments.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant experience in GameDev.
• Experience building and managing development teams of 50+ people.
• Proven experience in delivery planning, prioritization, risk management, hiring, onboarding, and performance management.
• Experience working with Producers or Product Managers and using Scrum and Kanban methodologies.
• Experience improving production processes across multiple projects and technologies.
• Strong leadership, communication, coaching, mentoring, conflict-resolution, and systems-thinking skills.
