Talent Acquisition Partner Tech (f/m/d)

Location: Vienna; remote-first work from one of the designated countries, with hiring focused on 10+ countries across Europe. Workations of up to 90 days per year are available within the EU.

Salary: minimum €60,000 per year in Austria; actual salary depends on experience and location.

What you will do

• Hire developers, product and project managers, integration engineers, site reliability engineers, and other technology professionals.
• Source international candidates and manage end-to-end recruiting processes across Europe.
• Provide a strong candidate experience and ensure efficient hiring processes.
• Partner with hiring managers to coordinate fast and smooth recruitment.
• Lead or contribute to talent acquisition projects focused on operational excellence and continuous improvement.
• Support recruiting during hirify.global's integration into Vertex.

Requirements

• Fluent English.
• Experience hiring technology professionals in a growing B2B SaaS company.
• Experience with international hiring, particularly across Europe.
• In-house talent acquisition partner experience and strong ownership of recruiting activities.
• Basic understanding of software engineering concepts and terminology.
• Proactive approach to improving hiring outcomes, tools, and processes.

Nice to have

• Fluency in German, Spanish, French, Polish, or other additional languages.
• Experience with Greenhouse or Workday.
• Experience in a remote-first environment.
• Experience with AI recruiting tools such as Metaview or JuiceBox.
• Interest in employer branding.
