Associate Talent Acquisition Partner, Tech (Cybersecurity)

Location: Remote within the United States; hybrid schedule available for candidates based in the Chicago, IL metropolitan area.

What you will do

• Support full-cycle recruiting by reviewing applications, sourcing candidates, screening applicants, coordinating interviews, and communicating with candidates and hiring managers.
• Independently manage assigned junior, support, and other lower-complexity searches.
• Use LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms to identify candidates.
• Launch assessments, monitor progress, and coordinate pre-employment screening and onboarding activities.
• Maintain candidate and requisition data in the ATS and create process documentation, communication templates, and recruiting reports.
• Support Talent Acquisition and Human Resources special projects.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience recruiting for technology or SaaS organizations.
• Experience with an applicant tracking system and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Familiarity with full-cycle recruiting, candidate screening, and interview coordination.
• Strong written and verbal communication, organization, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
