Talent Acquisition Lead (Robotics/AI)

What you will do

• Lead non-technical, full-cycle recruiting from role intake through offer acceptance.
• Partner with hiring managers to define hiring strategies, role requirements, interview frameworks, and evaluation criteria.
• Source, assess, and engage candidates through multiple channels while managing recruiting pipelines and hiring timelines.
• Provide a transparent and consistent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Manage job postings, requisitions, candidate data, and offer processes in ATS platforms.
• Report on pipeline health and recruiting KPIs while leading process improvements and Talent Acquisition initiatives.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of recruiting experience.
• Experience managing multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Business-level Japanese and English required.
• Hands-on experience with ATS platforms.
• High attention to detail and a structured, process-driven approach.

Nice to have

• Experience in high-growth, startup, or technology environments, especially robotics, AI, or deep tech.
• Familiarity with software and hardware concepts.
• Experience building recruiting processes from scratch or scaling teams rapidly.
• Experience with global or cross-border hiring.
